Matchmaking Candidate vs. Matchmaking Client

A Matchmaking Candidate:

  • A candidate is someone who applies to be considered as a potential match for one of our clients.

  • There is no cost to be a candidate.

  • Candidates are vetted and added to our database so that, if they align with a client’s preferences and goals, we may reach out to arrange an introduction.

  • It’s an opportunity to be discovered — but the focus is on the client’s criteria, not the candidate’s.

A Matchmaking Client (Registration Now Open!)

  • A Client is someone paying for matchmaking services.

  • Clients receive first review and first choice on potential matches before any Candidate is contacted.

  • Every suggested match is intentionally selected by our Director based on our Clients relationship goals, lifestyle alignment, values, logistics, and attraction preferences - not algorithms.

  • Clients receive personalized guidance around how they’re showing up, how they’re being received, and how to strengthen their dating experience.

  • We curate Candidates based on their ability to meet baseline compatibility criteria for our Clients.

  • No algorithms, no swiping. Every decision is made by a real person who knows what the Client seeks, and who is best to meet those needs.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING:

Our matchmaking clients typically range in age from 33 to 68, with the majority falling between 36 and 68.

This service is focused squarely on singles based in the DMV area. If you live outside of the DMV, this service will not be the right fit.

If you are primarily seeking men or women under the age of 35, we encourage you to consider joining the Clubhouse instead, as it may better align with your dating goals.

It is important to share that our matchmaking process does not only consider age; we prioritize lifestyle, values, activity level, and overall compatibility—the factors that truly matter and help sustain a meaningful relationship.
