In 2025, we launched NICHE events—special gatherings that bring together singles who already have something important in common. Whether it’s people looking for marriage and kids, those who share a faith, or single parents who understand each other’s lifestyle, each event is designed to create a built-in connection point. The idea is to level the playing field by starting with one key area of compatibility, so there’s one less question to ask when you meet someone new.

As you browse the NICHE events below, keep in mind—there’s always some gray area, and that’s completely okay. You might not be a single parent yourself, but if you’re open to dating someone who is, you’re welcome to join that event. Or maybe you’re ultimately looking for marriage and kids, but right now you’re also open to meeting new people casually. The point is, you don’t have to fit neatly into just one box. You’re allowed to show up in the spaces that reflect who you are and what you’re open to exploring.

Of course, if you’re clear and committed to a specific lifestyle or relationship path, you’ll have no trouble finding the event that’s the right fit for you.

All of our events, including NICHE gatherings, are organized within defined age ranges. We’ve found that people tend to connect more easily when they’re in similar life stages, and generational relatability plays a big role in that. For our general events—those not centered around a shared lifestyle or demographic—this structure is especially important.

We also build in some flexibility: there’s a three-year grace period on either side of the listed age range. So, for example, if an event is listed for ages 25–35, attendees between 22 and 39 are welcome. Just be sure to select events that align with your age range—we offer options for singles from 25 to 70.

While our goal is always to bring singles together face-to-face at our in-person events, we understand that work, family commitments, and geography can sometimes make attendance difficult. That’s why we’ve introduced two valuable complements to our live experiences—tools designed to help you stay connected to the local dating scene, even when life gets in the way. We encourage even our most active event-goers to take advantage of them.

First, there’s The Clubhouse.
Think of it as a curated, online directory of real men and women—ages 21 to 70—living in the DMV area and actively seeking meaningful relationships. No gimmicks. No fake profiles. Second, we’ve launched OSD (Online Speed Dating).

This virtual platform is perfect for those who work long hours, live farther out, or juggle commitments that make it hard to attend events in person. Through our video-based speed dating format, you can connect face-to-face—just from the comfort of your home (or anywhere else). OSD will help singles from across Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia, and even parts of the Maryland–Pennsylvania border meet people they likely wouldn’t have encountered otherwise.
